All good things must come to an end. I love this sweater, but sadly this is the last time I can wear it. It has pilled so bad and today I discovered a hole.
Thus begins my annual hunt for either great quality knits that will last a lifetime, or very inexpensive knits that can are "disposable".
Has anyone seen any great sweaters lately?
I hope you have a great weekend!

  1. The Limited has a pretty good selection of sweaters right now. Do you ever shop there?

  2. Aw, I'd sniffle, too. Love the drape of that sweater, and it fits so great.
I'd love tips on finding some great knits, too. I haven't found anything that's held up well in a long while so I've pretty much stopped buying sweaters. :(

  3. The fabric content is more of a driving factor to me now than what brand it is or how much it costs.
Cashmere is definitely a good investment, even just one or two pieces.
I've had great luck with J Crew's merino wool sweaters as well. I even accidentally put a cardigan in the washer AND DRYER (ack!) and it made it through just fine.
